La CH'TITE Brigitte de Valenciennes (Sans réservation)

La CH'TITE Brigitte in Valenciennes is the story of a meeting between a legendary place and our passion for the North. We chose to set up shop in the former Café de Paris, an iconic address known to all generations of Valenciennes residents. Because we deeply love the history of the place, we wanted to breathe new life into it by recreating the 1920s façade, as a tribute to the building that no longer exists. Here, people come to rediscover the soul of the North: generous dishes, regional cuisine, warmth, sharing, and that unique conviviality that defines the spirit of true estaminets (traditional Flemish pubs).
